For questions about app use or issues, email office@oscillationfutures.com. Include your device, iOS and app versions, and what you did just before the issue. You do not need to attach private audio or lyrics.

TestFlight users can also use TestFlight feedback.

Privacy policy

OSCILLATION FUTURES (the operator) handles the following information in PREPRO (the app). This policy also applies to TestFlight beta versions.

1. Creative data and microphone

Imported audio, recordings, lyrics and project names are processed and stored on your device to provide app features. Audio analysis and editing take place on the device. The content of your creative data is not sent to our analytics or diagnostic services.

Recording requires iOS microphone permission. You can change permission in device settings. Microphone recording is unavailable without permission.

Files you export or share are sent to the destination you choose. Device and destination backups or synchronization follow the settings and policies of those services.

2. Other information we collect

Diagnostics: crashes, predefined error codes and actions, timestamps, and technical OS, device and app information, using Sentry.
Usage: limited feature-use and purchase-result events, such as launching the app or recording, together with app version, build and environment, using PostHog.
Pseudonymous identifier: an app-generated support ID links analytics and diagnostics for the same installation. It is not derived from your name or email address.
Purchases: subscription, purchase and restore status, product and transaction information, and the RevenueCat anonymous user ID, using Apple and RevenueCat. We do not collect credit card numbers.
Advertising measurement: install, launch and purchase-completion events; technical app, OS and device information; IP address; approximate region inferred from IP address; and SDK-generated identifiers, using AppsFlyer. The app does not attach purchase amounts, product names, receipts, support IDs or RevenueCat user IDs to AppsFlyer events.
Support: the email address, message and optional attachments you send us.

3. Purposes

We use this information to provide app features, verify Premium access and restore purchases, investigate issues, understand usage and improve quality, answer inquiries, and measure installs and purchases resulting from advertising.

4. Information excluded from analytics and diagnostics

The app is implemented to exclude audio, waveforms, lyrics, project and take names, filenames, free-text input, real names, email addresses and raw purchase data from analytics and diagnostic events. Sentry and PostHog are configured to suppress storage of IP addresses and location information. Network destinations may still process IP addresses during internet communication.

We do not use screen-recording Session Replay or automatic screen-interaction collection. AppsFlyer uses the Strict SDK without IDFA support, and IDFV collection is disabled. Apple SKAdNetwork advertising measurement is supported. This webpage does not include advertising or analytics scripts.

5. External services

We use external services, including servers outside your country. See their policies below.

Cloudflare: delivery of this webpage; connection information such as IP addresses may be processed for delivery and security

6. Retention, deletion and inquiries

Manage creative data using deletion features in the app. Manage exported files and backups at their respective destinations. External diagnostic, analytics and purchase information is handled as needed for service delivery, troubleshooting, contractual and legal obligations. For information-access or deletion inquiries, contact office@oscillationfutures.com. We will verify identity and the scope in which we can respond. Apple manages its own purchase history and related records.

7. TestFlight

Apple TestFlight is used for beta distribution and collecting test feedback. We review feedback and screenshots you submit to investigate issues and improve the app. TestFlight purchases use Apple’s test environment.

8. Changes

We will update this page when features or data practices change. Important changes will be announced on this page or in the app.

Terms of use

The app uses the Apple Standard EULA.

PREPRO helps you create vocal demos. Ensure that you have the necessary rights or permissions for beats and recordings, and export important creative data regularly for safekeeping.

Premium features, prices and periods are shown in the app. Released-app subscriptions renew automatically through Apple. Manage or cancel them in Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Follow Apple’s instructions for refunds.

Price and subscription period: Tax-inclusive prices, subscription periods and features of the monthly and annual plans are shown on the in-app purchase screen. Prices vary by country or region. Review Apple’s confirmation screen before confirming your purchase.
Service: PREPRO Premium features. Refer to the in-app purchase screen for included features.
Additional charges: You are responsible for internet connection and data charges.
Payment method and timing: App Store payment through your Apple Account. Charges are made when you confirm a purchase and on automatic renewal, under Apple’s conditions.
Availability: Premium features are generally available immediately after completing a purchase. Network conditions and processing by Apple or other services may delay access updates.
Automatic renewal and cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. To avoid renewal, cancel in Apple subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Access continues for the remaining paid period after cancellation. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Apple cancellation instructions.
Returns and refunds: Digital services cannot be returned. Refund eligibility and procedures follow Apple’s conditions. See Apple refund requests. This does not limit your statutory rights.
System requirements: See the supported OS and devices on the App Store listing.
TestFlight purchases: Purchases in TestFlight are processed in Apple’s test environment without real charges. They are separate from purchases in the released app.
